M. Brett Summer

Brett Summer founded C. B. Summer Construction Co., Inc. in 1984 and today is President and Chief Operating Officer of the company. He leads the company business strategy and oversees all aspects of the company’s operations including finance, construction, development, brokerage, and management.

Brett developed C. B. Summer Construction Co., Inc. into a company known and respected throughout the state of Georgia for its quality and reliability. The company started in interior renovations and soon thereafter began the construction of restaurants, shopping centers, medical offices, banks, and land development.

Prior to founding C. B. Summer Construction Co., Inc., Brett served for 11 years as Vice President of Georgia’s largest Savings and Loan Real Estate subsidiary. He was responsible for the direct management of a $30 Million a year real estate portfolio, as well as the management and sales of residential and commercial real estate.

Brett received his formal education at the Southern Technical Institute of Civil Engineering. He is a Licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Georgia, and is a member of the International Council for Shopping Centers. He is a member of the United Methodist Men’s Group, and likes to spend his leisure time engaged in activities with his family.
